WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR/MECHANIC:

We are seeking a Part Time Wastewater Treatment Operator / Mechanic for our office in Dundee, MI.

Requirements
- Minimum of a high school degree.
- Proficient in math and ability to use a computer.
- Laboratory and plant experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- General Plant Maintenance

Responsibilities Include:
- Laboratory analysis.
- Machinery operation.
- Basic machinery maintenance.
- Reading and recording information.

Additional Tasks / Skills:
- Class C Waste Water Operator’s License preferred.
- Capable of preparing DMR monthly reports and posting on MI Waters website. Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders.
- Candidate will be required to pass a medical physical.
- The ability to respond timely to emergency callouts including nights and weekends is required, along with occasional weekend rotational work.
