Job Description

We are seeking a Host to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued guests. You will be the face of our restaurant and establish the most important first impression.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests to our fine dining restaurant
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor wait list
• Manage reservations by phone and via Open Table
• Escort guests to their seats, provide menus and introduce guests to their server
• Coordinate seating with managers and servers
• Cater to guests' special needs and requests
• Answer incoming calls and address customer queries
• Assist wait staff and bartenders as needed
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
Job Requirements:
• Well groomed appearance in keeping with an upscale dining environment
• Friendly, respectful and welcoming demeanor
• Understanding of restaurant etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to monitor entire dining and bar area
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physical ability to stand and walk during an entire shift
• Texas Food Handler certification
