Job Description

We are hiring immediately for a Host to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued guests. You will be the face of our restaurant and establish the most important first impression.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests to our restaurant
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor wait list
• Escort guests to their seats, provide menus and introduce guests to their server
• Coordinate seating with managers and servers
• Periodic restroom cleanliness inspections
• Cater to guests' special needs and requests
• Answer incoming calls and address customer queries
• Assist wait staff and bartenders as needed
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
Job Requirements:
• Well groomed appearance
• Friendly, respectful and welcoming demeanor
• Understanding of restaurant etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to monitor entire dining and bar area
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physical ability to stand and walk during an entire shift
• Texas Food Handler certification
